1. Object

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the website LUTAINS and the purchase of landing page optimization services provided by Lutains (the "Company"), located in France.

2. Description of Services

The Service is a SaaS tool designed to help Indie Hackers improve their landing page conversion rates. The Service operates as follows:

1. Market Analysis: The User provides a URL. The Service performs an automated analysis of public data (including but not limited to Reddit discussions and competitor websites) to identify market trends and user pain points.
2. Strategic Questionnaire: Based on the analysis, the Service pre-fills a strategic questionnaire. The User reviews, edits, and validates the answers.
3. Wireframe Generation: The Service generates a "Low-Fi Visual Wireframe" structured according to specific copywriting frameworks (e.g., AIDA, PAS) selected by our algorithms.
4. Vibe Coding Kit: The Service provides specific exports optimized for use with third-party AI coding tools (such as Cursor, Windsurf, or Bolt).

Access to Deliverables:
To access the final Wireframe and System Prompt, the User must either:

• Share (Free Option): Share the tool on social media (subject to verification).
• Pay (Premium Option): Pay the one-time fee as described below.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Price: 14.90 EUR (TTC/VAT included where applicable).
• Payment: Secured via Stripe.
• No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the product (see Section 5), all sales are final.

4. User Responsibilities & Warranties

• Input Data: The User warrants that they have the right to analyze the URL provided.
• Third-Party Tools: The User acknowledges that the "Vibe Coding Kit" is designed to be used with third-party tools (Cursor, Bolt, etc.). Lutains is not affiliated with these third-party tools and is not responsible for their performance, costs, or output.

5. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

IMPORTANT: In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the User acknowledges that the Service constitutes digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the performance of which begins immediately.
THEREFORE, THE USER EXPRESSLY WAIVES THEIR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

6. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: The specific copy and wireframe layout generated for your product belong to you (the User).
• Our IP: The underlying methodology, the database of "Swipe Files," the algorithms selecting the structures, and the structure of the "System Prompt" template remain the exclusive property of the Company.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Market Data: The market research (Reddit/Competitor analysis) is automated. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of the data scraped from external sources.
• Coding Results: We provide a wireframe and exports for "Vibe Coding". We do not guarantee that the code generated by third-party AIs (Cursor, etc.) using this prompt will be bug-free or functional. The User is responsible for the final implementation.
• Results: We do not guarantee specific financial results (MRR increase) or conversion rates.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts of Poitiers.
