1. Object

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the website Lutains (https://lutains.com) and the purchase of landing page audit services provided by Aymeric Aveline, Sole Proprietorship (Micro-Entreprise), registered in France (the "Provider"), acting alone as the sole operator of the Service. Any reference to "we," "us," or "our" throughout these Terms refers to the Provider.

2. Description of Services

The Service ("The 72h Conversion Pack") is a manual landing page audit designed to help Indie Hackers and SaaS founders improve their landing page conversion rates. The Service operates as follows:

  1. Secure Your Spot: The User reserves a place in the current audit batch.
  2. Submit Your URL: The User provides their landing page URL and a description of the specific conversion issue to address.
  3. Audit: The Provider conducts an AI-assisted Reddit deep-dive to identify relevant audience pain points, combined with a fully manual UX/UI review of the User's landing page.
  4. Delivery: Within 72 hours maximum, the User receives a custom, hand-annotated Figma audit report including:
    • Two (2) human expert reviews of the landing page,
    • One (1) AI-assisted Reddit deep-dive report,
    • An interactive Figma audit file,
    • A rewritten version of the Hero section,
    • The full underlying research data package,
    • Direct email access to the Provider for follow-up questions on the delivered audit.

The Provider reserves the right to adjust the number of available spots and the associated price for each batch, as displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Price: As displayed on the website at the time of order (currently $149 per audit, subject to change per batch).
  • Payment: Processed securely via Stripe. Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • No Refunds: Due to the digital and immediately-performed nature of the Service (see Section 6), all sales are final once the audit process has begun.

4. User Responsibilities & Warranties

  • Input Data: The User warrants that they own or otherwise have the right to submit the URL and content provided for analysis.
  • Accuracy of Information: The User is responsible for providing an accurate description of the conversion issue to be addressed. The relevance of the audit depends on the quality of the information submitted.

5. Optional Promotion

The "Get featured on X & our Blog" option is offered free of charge and is entirely optional. It requires the User's explicit consent before any name, logo, or testimonial is published. The User may decline this option at any time without any impact on the price or delivery of the core Service.

6. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

IMPORTANT: In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the User acknowledges and expressly agrees, prior to payment, that the Service constitutes digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the performance of which begins immediately upon booking confirmation.
THEREFORE, BY COMPLETING PAYMENT, THE USER EXPRESSLY WAIVES THEIR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CONSENTS TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: The final copy, wireframe recommendations, and Hero section rewrite produced specifically for the User's product belong to the User upon full payment.
  • Provider's IP: The underlying audit methodology, the "Swipe File" database, the Reddit analysis algorithms, and all proprietary tools or templates used to produce the audit remain the exclusive property of the Provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Market Data: The Reddit-based research is partly automated. The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of data scraped from external sources.
  • Results: The Provider does not guarantee specific financial results (MRR increase, conversion rate improvements) resulting from the implementation of the audit's recommendations.
  • Implementation: The User is solely responsible for implementing the recommendations provided in the audit.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. For business users, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the Courts of Poitiers. This clause does not affect the legal rights of consumers to bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
