All elements composing the website (structure, software, texts, visuals, animations, know-how) are the exclusive property of Yoanna Juille, unless otherwise stated.

Specifically regarding the Lutains SaaS technology:

  • "Swipe File" Database: The curation and selection of landing page examples used to train our models or inspire layouts constitute a database protected under the French Intellectual Property Code (Articles L. 341-1 et seq.).
  • System Prompts: The prompt structures and variables provided in the "Vibe Coding Kit" remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Publisher until a license is granted through purchase.
  • Analysis Technologies: The proprietary algorithms used to analyze market data (Reddit, competitor sites) are protected and may not be reverse-engineered.

Any total or partial reproduction, representation, or exploitation of the website or its proprietary technologies, without the Publisher's express prior authorization, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
